We are pleased to invite you to attend the Annual Conference of Economists (ACE10) to be held in Sydney from 27 - 29 September 2010. ACE10 offers a unique opportunity for you to be involved with a conference that brings together up to minute research on economic issues and policy. The ACE conferences provide an annual opportunity for economists to come together and discuss targeted economic issues across a number of policy streams, including monetary policy and international financial markets in the wake of the global financial crisis, superannuation and pension economics and health economics.
Confirmed keynote speakers are:

· Linda Tesar, University of Michigan
· Carl Walsh, University of California, Santa Cruz
· Carl E. Walsh, Professor of Economics, University of California
There will also be invited plenary papers from outstanding economists within Australia and refereed contributed papers from all areas of economics.
The three-day conference will be held at Dockside Darling Harbour, Sydney. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you to the ACE10.
To be considered for a contributed session, applicants must submit a paper and abstract. Abstracts alone will not be considered.
The closing date for submission of a paper is Monday, 7 June 2010. Submissions are refereed by the ACE10 Program Committee.
We welcome submissions from all areas of economics and from both new and experienced presenters. In the contributed sessions, each presentation will be around 20 minutes with 5 minutes for feedback and discussion.Each session will have a facilitator to assist you should you require it.

Please note that the conference cannot subsidize the attendance of any accepted author/presenter.
· Presenters also have to register for the conference and meet the associated costs
· Submission (including biography) should be limited to 6,000 words (excluding tables and graphs), typed in 12 point times new roman, and saved as word 97 – 2003 document.
