NATSEM Top-Up for Australian Postgraduate Award Scholarship
NATSEM is offering two Top-Up scholarships for students wishing to undertake a higher degree by research on a full-time basis at the Doctoral degree level with NATSEM at the University of Canberra, commencing in 2010. Successful applicants for this scholarship will focus their original research in advanced microsimulation modelling technique or microdata analysis with preference given to applicants whose research relates to one or more of NATSEM’s models.
This Top-Up scholarship is a fixed stipend of $5,000 per annum for a period of three years (with a possible six months extension subject to conditions).
To be eligible applicants must:
• be applying for or enrolled on a full-time basis in a Doctoral research program at the University of Canberra with NATSEM;
• hold a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours, or a Master’s Degree or equivalent qualifications; and
• have been awarded an Australian Postgraduate Award for study at the University of Canberra.
